Welcome to our web site! If you’ve just started scrapbooking, or you’re curious to find out what it’s all about, you've found the right place. We’re glad you’re here! Our “Start Here” area is a great place for you to find out what you need and how to get it. Visit the links on the right for great tips and resources for beginners.
How should you start scrapbooking? However you want.
You may compile big fat albums, or small pocket-sized books. You might start with the story of your grandparents, the day you met your best friend, or your trip to Yellowstone. You could photograph your life, the details—your garden, your cat, your car. Take pictures of people together; let people take pictures of you. Record your thoughts and feelings. Make lists of your hopes and dreams, the contents of your glove box or the things you love about your cousin Debbie. Take advantage of easy, pre-made products and, if you feel stuck, copy the ideas of others. Put lots of photos on a page—or just one.
Please don’t worry too much about the size of pages you make, the type of albums you use, or how it will all come together in the end. Clarity will come as you let yourself experiment and explore.
